ROLE DESCRIPTION:As Office Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for John Webb - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team.RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification. Work closely as part of a sales team to meet common goals. Help people to understand the value of insurance as a way of protecting what's most important in their life.  Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations through friendly introductions and excellent follow-up. QUALIFICATIONS: Must either have/obtain California Property & Casualty  insurance license within 90 days. Experiencing managing client relationships preferred Interest in introducing products and services based on each customer needs Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening. Excellent learner who thrives in a coaching environment. Able to effectively build lasting customer relationships.
